Southland Awarded NIH Fan Replacement Project

Southland was recently awarded the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Ambulatory Care Research Center (ACRF) Fan Replacement Project. This year-long project consists of the replacement of eight (8) 60,000 CFM lab and clinic exhaust fans while keeping the ACRF operational. Due to space constraints, the existing fans will be demolished in sections and the new fans will be delivered knocked-down and installed individually piece by piece. This project will overlap with Southland’s completion of the NIH Building 10 Atrium In-Fill Project which commenced in 2007.
